Hello Sunshine: A Postage Collage
Hi Crafters!
Today I’m sharing a bright and beachy card created with the Postage Collage Coastal stencils from Waffle Flower. This project was so fun to put together—and it’s part of an Instagram hop full of amazing inspiration! (Be sure to head over to my Instagram for the full list of participants!)
I started by stenciling the full Coastal Postage Collage design. Once everything was inked and dry, I cut apart the sheet and selected my favorite “stamps” to feature on the front of the card. I love that this stencil set gives you so many mini designs to mix and match!
The card base was stamped with the Burlap cling stamp from Hero Arts, using their Unicorn White Pigment Ink to add soft texture over the kraft cardstock. It gives just the right amount of beachy, woven detail to complement the coastal vibe of the postage stamps.
To finish it off, I added a bold sentiment from the Hello Sunshine Sentiment stamp set and coordinating dies—perfect for sending some sunshine in the mail!
Thanks for stopping by! Don’t forget to visit my Instagram post to join the hop and see all the inspiring creations from the other participants.
Happy Stamping!
Lisa
