Paper Pumpkin Possibilities Inked Occasions

This stunning kit draws its inspiration from the mesmerizing beauty of alcohol ink art, with rich, flowing colors and organic patterns that make every card feel like a miniature masterpiece.
I have two alternate ideas to share with you from this month’s kit. I hope they leave you inspired and ready to craft outside the box!
Card #1
For my first alternate card, I started with a vertical Thick Basic White card base and trimmed one of the kit’s beautiful laser-cut pieces to fit perfectly. To create a layered look, I used a portion of one of the kit’s card fronts and backed it with a hint of Gold Foil for added elegance. To bring in some extra texture and visual interest, I tucked a torn strip of Gold Foil cardstock just beneath the die cut—it's a small detail that adds a touch of unique flair to the design.
Card #2
For my second card, I reached for the Beautiful Butterflies Bundle to add a fresh twist. While I only used the dies for this design, the coordinating stamps, sentiments, and embossing folder in the bundle pair beautifully with the Inked Occasionskit and would be perfect for future projects as well.
To build the card, I trimmed down one of the kit’s card bases to create a decorative layer, then matted it onto Gold Foil cardstock for a touch of shine. The large die-cut butterfly became the focal point, adding elegance and dimension. I finished the design with the "Hugs" cut-out from the kit and a stamped secondary sentiment—simple yet heartfelt, and perfect for sending a warm hello.
Both of these alternate projects show just how versatile the Inked Occasions Paper Pumpkin kit can be. Whether you’re using the kit as-is or pairing it with coordinating products like the Beautiful Butterflies Bundle, there’s so much creative potential packed into each box. I loved playing with the rich alcohol ink-inspired backgrounds, delicate die cuts, and bold sentiments to create cards that feel both artistic and heartfelt.
