Good Days with Sunshine & Tulips
Hello Stampin' Friends!
Nothing says spring quite like a field of tulips in bloom, and this card captures that feeling perfectly! I used the Sunshine & Tulips Bundle from Stampin’ Up! to create this cheerful, garden-inspired design. The die-cut background provides a beautiful base, allowing each tulip to be neatly inlaid for a clean and polished look. The soft pink card base frames the design and adds just a hint of warmth around the edges.
For this project, I chose a fresh and happy color combination: Bubble Bath, Daffodil Delight, Old Olive, Petunia Pop, and Pool Party. The bright yellow and soft blue tulips bring a playful energy, while the Bubble Bath and Petunia Pop blooms add a lovely contrast. Old Olive grounds the design and gives the card that unmistakable garden feel. To add a bit of extra interest, I popped up the Bubble Bath flowers with Stampin' Dimensionals, creating subtle dimension that draws the eye without overwhelming the clean layout.
I finished the card with a simple sentiment strip and a touch of twine for added texture. This design is a great example of how layering and dimension can elevate an otherwise simple card layout. This card was created for the Card Clubhouse Instagram Hop—be sure to head over to Instagram for even more creative inspiration!
