Sweet as Honeysuckle

Hello Crafty Friends!

Today I’m sharing a soft and pretty card featuring the Alice’s Story – Honeysuckle stamps and dies, paired with the Arched Lattice stencil and die from This Calls for Confetti. I just love how this combination creates such an elegant yet modern look.

The color palette for this card was inspired by the Color Hues Challenge, and it was such a fun one to work with!  I used three gorgeous Altenew ink shades — Pink DiamondPinkalicious, and Rubellite — to create an ombre effect over the Arched Lattice stencil. Blending from light to dark really makes the pattern shine and gives the background beautiful depth.

Next, I stamped and die cut the honeysuckle image, keeping the blooms simple with a crisp black outline so they stand out against the soft background. The vase, also from the Alice’s Story – Honeysuckle set, was die cut from solid gray cardstock to anchor the design.

To finish it off, I added the sentiment Sweet as Honeysuckle right across the vase — a perfect way to tie everything together.

I’m so happy with how this card turned out, and I love how the challenge colors gave me a starting point for the design.

Would you stick with this sweet pink combo or go bold with a different Color Hues Challenge palette?

Happy Stamping!

Lisa
