Elegant Parrot Tulip

Today I’m sharing a clean and elegant floral card featuring the Parrot Tulips Layering Stamp & Dies from Altenew. I love how the bold flower takes center stage, with just a touch of black ink splatter and a simple sentiment to keep the design fresh and modern.

The layered tulip image adds so much depth and detail—it almost looks like it’s blooming right off the card!

Creating this card:

• Card Base: Die cut white cardstock using the Mix and Match Frames die. Adhere to the card base with dimensional foam tape for added depth.

• Sentiment: Stamp “love you” in Jet Black Ink directly onto the panel.

• Background Details: Lightly splatter black ink across the panel for an artsy touch. TIP: Mask off the stamped sentiment so splatters do not distort the words.

• Flower & Leaf: Stamp and layer the tulip and leaf images from the Parrot Tulips Layering Stamp Set. Die cut them and adhere to the card with dimensional foam tape.

This design is perfect for so many occasions—anniversaries, birthdays, or just to remind someone how much they mean to you. The combination of the bold flower and the clean background makes it timeless and versatile.
