Splash & Relax with the Beautiful Ordinary Life

Hi Crafty Friends!

I have really been enjoying creating these smaller 6" x 8" scrapbook layouts lately! There’s something so fun about working on a smaller canvas while still capturing special memories in a creative way. For this layout, I wanted a bright, cheerful summer feel, so I pulled out the Splash & Relax Bundle along with the Beautiful Ordinary Life Designer Series Paper. The colors and playful patterns were absolutely perfect together!

The Beautiful Ordinary Life DSP made this layout come together so easily. I love the mix of soft summer colors paired with the bold black-and-white polka dot background. To decorate the pages, I added several die cuts from the Splash & Relax Bundle, including flip-flops, sunglasses, a frozen drink, and a sunhat. Those little details really help bring the whole summer theme to life without overwhelming the layout.

One of my favorite things about scrapbook layouts like this is how versatile they are. This spread would work perfectly for vacation photos, pool days, beach trips, summer parties, or even just everyday summer memories. Now I just need to decide which photos to add! I think these bright, happy colors are going to make any summer pictures pop right off the page.
